For all those who were wondering … the demo is going to our testers this weekend!

Since we keep on working to finish the main game publishing the demo took a bit longer, but it IS ready and hopefully available for everyone to play very soon.

We are still working like crazy here to get the game done this year. There will be a playable demo released in october that features the first act of the game. The demo will be free, of course.

It is official:

“WMYT - A Stitch in Time” was officially announced today. In this full length sequel to our beloved What Makes You Tick we will finally reveal what happened to Nora and Nathan after the cliffhanger ending of the first game. We aim for a commercial release sometime near the end of this year.

How time flies. But this year already being 2009 also means that already THIS year you might learn what happened to Nora and Vincent after WMYT!

Yes, that’s a promise and I’ll do my best to keep it.

I can inofficially inform you that the pre-pre-production for a new game has already begun. It’ll be a long way to go, but I can assure you that if you liked WMYT then you will love what’s coming next!

I have often been asked “Matt, isn’t there a fullscreen option?”. The anwers is unfortunately no. The engine didn’t support fullscreen and that also means that you have to play on a resolution of 1024 or higher to see everything and to get to the inventory. Greg, the engine Guru, is builing a new version of Lassie with many new features, so this will be sorted out for the next game… maybe I’ll even rebuild WMYT in the next years when the new engine is finished.

thanks for stopping by! I haven’t been posting for a while - unfortunately I’m quite busy - but I haven’t forgotten about you. First of all I want to say sorry to all those who left comments on the page weeks ago without getting a reply/seeing their comment on the site. Today I solved the spam problem and filtered out your posts.

What’s new you ask? Well, as Shelly pointed out via comment WMYT was mentioned in the PC Gamer UK November 07 issue! Fatbuoy1, from the lassie forum (http://lassie.10.forumer.com) was kind enough to send a scan of the article and a screenshot of the DVD content - yes the game was also on the DVD.
